Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Cumulus Roma Conference will be held in early June 2021 (instead of June 2020). The exact dates will be announced by September.
Notification of acceptance
Due to the postponement of the conference to next year, the Notification of Acceptance of Full Papers, Posters, and Exhibition will be given by the end of May, contrary to what was previously announced.
Camera-Ready Paper Submission
After the Notification of Acceptance, authors will be asked to submit the final (camera-ready) version by September.
Due to the extension of the submitting process, authors are free to include possible new findings and results of their research in the camera-ready version.
The accepted papers will be published digitally with an ISBN before the Conference. Further communications regarding the publication of the conference proceedings will be given by September.
Registration Fee Categories
The Registration Fees remain unchanged. In case of authors who will not be able to attend the conference to present their work, a Virtual Session Option will be guaranteed. Further information regarding the Registration Categories will be announced by September.
Early Bird Registration from 01-02-2020 to 31-01-2021
Regular Registration from 01-02-2021 to 15-05-2021
Late Registration from 16-05-2021
Cancellations must be made by email to email@example.com. The registration fee will be refunded if cancellation is received by 15 April 2021. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Please note that a processing fee of 50 € will be deducted from all refunds, and orders are processed as a whole, so options (accompanying person registration) cannot be refunded separately. It is possible to change the name of the participant free of charge or to change the Registration Category (i.e. from Early/Regular to Virtual).
